Terms of Warranty Policy
1.Warranty Period
A.Tablet
This warranty applies to all the tablets sold by 4Upad and delivered to customer within 12 month or 1 year of the invoice or receipt date issued by 4Upad.
Free repairing is available for tablets for their functional defects within warranty period. But the problem in below Limitation will need some material cost.
B.Accessories
1).Charger for Tablet's warranty period is 12 months or 1 year after the invoice or receipt date issued by 4Upad.
2).OTG cable and USB cable's warranty period is 12 months or 1 year after the invoice or receipt date issued by 4Upad.
Free repairing is available for those above-mentioned items for their functional defects within warranty period.
C.Operation for broken unit in warranty time
1). In case of commodity quality defects, free repirement is available in the factory in 12 monthes of invoice or receipt date issued by 4Upad.
2). Free software is availabel by customers within 1 (one) year or 365 days after the invoice or receipt date issued by 4Upad.
3).4Upad will not take responsibility for the shipping cost during warranty.
2.Limitation
A.4Upad is not responsible for extended warranty, excluding those who can prove to be covered by warranty.
B. Damage due to operator’s misuse including water infusion, physical damaging, PCB burn-out are not covered by this Warranty Policy.
C.Normal wearing down of housing or other consumable parts is not covered by this Warranty Policy
D.Damage due to any disassembling or repairing unauthorized by 4Upad are not covered by this Warranty Policy
E.Short circuit of battery or cut-off of data cable by deliberated operation are not covered by this Warranty Policy
F.Touch screen or LCD Screen broken are not covered by this Warranty Policy
